Welcome to Calm Crest Editions. We are a small, independent, family-run publishing house. Because your trust means everything to us, we believe in absolute transparency regarding the minimal data we collect when you visit our website or join our publishing family community.

1. Who We Are

Calm Crest Editions operates this website (calmcresteditions.com) to showcase our books and deliver digital puzzle upgrades to our readers. For anything related to your personal information, you can reach our family directly at info@calmcresteditions.com.

2. What We Collect, and Why

Bonus Puzzle Signup & Solution Upgrades: When you request our printable bonus puzzles or large-print solutions, we collect your email address. This is handled securely through our email system partner, MailerLite. We use this email address strictly to deliver your files, keep you updated on our upcoming book releases, and share cozy community updates.
Reader Feedback Forms: If you choose to fill out our Customer Feedback form, we collect your honest thoughts, suggestions, and an optional contact email. This is handled securely through Google Forms and is used solely by our internal design team to fix puzzle typos and perfect our layouts.
We Do Not Collect: We deliberately do not ask for, track, or store your home address, phone number, full birthdate, or private financial details. Any physical book transactions happen directly on Amazon's secure servers, entirely separate from us.

3. What We Never Do

We are puzzle creators, not data brokers. We will never sell, lease, rent, trade, publish, or share your email address or personal feedback with any third-party advertisers, companies, or outside networks.

4. How Long We Keep Your Data

We keep your email address safely on our subscriber list only for as long as you choose to stay a part of our journey. Every single automated email we send features a prominent, one-click "Unsubscribe" link at the absolute bottom, allowing you to opt out instantly and permanently erase your record at any time.

5. Your Rights

Under modern data protection guidelines, you can ask us at any time to show you exactly what email information we hold on your profile, correct it, or delete it instantly. Simply send a short note to info@calmcresteditions.com and our team will handle it immediately.
